Comments: The Bandluxe C100 is a PCMCIA modem with a USB dongle included. Besides its built-in 3G antenna, it also allows a longer range antenna to be fitted. However, this requires a special "MS-162" adapter and a 3G certified antenna because apparently standard 2.4 gHz antennas won't do the trick. Unfortunately at this stage I'm unable to source either the adapter or the antennas so people who need those may need to do some googling to find them and they may even need to be brought in from overseas.

AXIMcom, Billion and some Netcomm Routers that support USB 3G modems list the Bandluxe C100 as compatible if you plan on sharing a 3G internet connection amongst multiple computers.

Note: The C100 may not be compatible with all types of 3G connections so check with your ISP if in doubt.
