Comments: Reports from owners of these has been positive so far.
Apart from the 802.11G upgrade, this unit also includes the tougher SPI Firewall, but is still up against some pretty tough competition from other manufacturers with similar products.

Drops in and out frequently, any sort of chat is completely out of the question. Support service is terrible. Extremely frustrating. Do not purchase this product. |

Disconnects form Bigpond cable. Difficult to browse to sites. Wired LAN connections turn off and on sporadically. Only has port forwarding, not a proper firewall setup. |

Do not buy this product! I had a month of clean, problem free connection. Now I get disconnected from the internet once or twice a day and the connection will not repair itself, no matter how many times I reset the box, for a good half an hour. Support is a joke, I’ve called three times without resolution and one ’helper’ actually hung up on me. |
